I guess the old saying is true, “if it sounds too good to be true, it is.” Not only is this uncomfortable, but the sound it makes when you wear it makes it embarrassing to wear or even just walk to the gym. Stick the the gym the old fashioned way, but if you must buy this, it runs large so watch out.

I have not used it yet but so far from reading all of these helpful ladies review I rated it 5 stars and I am very inspired to purchase it tomorrow. I just have two questions….has the Bally Slimmer helped anyone lose fat and/or weight? Also I am slim but I have nice size hips and I want to know if the Bally Slimmer also reduces hip size or just fat from the hips? Can someone let me know please so I can decided if t purchase one for me. Thank you ladies!!

So….I knew this wasn’t a miracle product from the beginning. I didn’t buy it to lose inches. I bought it to increase perspiration and therefore encourage detoxification. I think too many people are looking for that miracle. Remember that the claim is they help you lose weight by making you sweat…that doesn’t mean you are burning extra fat while wearing them working out or cleaning your house for that matter. If you want to lose permanent inches….try a little exercise.

I’m a little disappointed. This will definitely make you sweat underneath and you really don’t realize it until you pull it off, but it isn’t comfortable. It rubs at the top and if you are working out at home and don’t wear shorts over it you will hear a swishing sound anytime your thighs touch, which gets annoying. Overall, I’m not impressed.

Been using it for years, overtime you will notice results for sure. This was a good price as well.
