I have only been taking Transmax for 2-3 weeks but have noticed some results. As a nurse I am always skeptical of “the new savior” supplements. But after reading studies and other peoples comments I decided to give Transmax a try. I can say that I am sleeping very soundly and wake rested with more energy. I also have noticed a change in my skin which has become softer and younger looking. So far I like the results.

The first week I took this I felt very energetic. I’m not as hyper now, but I still feel like I have more energy than I used to. I used to go horseback riding in the morning and be tired afterwards, now I have the energy to rollerblade and do other things later in the day. I also feel a general sense of well-being, just happier with life in general. Haven’t changed anything in my life, so can only attribute to the product. My skin does seem softer, but who knows? I’ve been taking it faithfully for over a month now, every morning with my “wake up” glass of water and a fish oil pill. I have noticed no effect on the few arthritic joints I have. Not sure I think it’s a miracle pill, but I’m about to place a reorder and will continue to take it, as I do think it makes me feel better.

This bottle of Biotivia is the first type of resveratrol I tried. I previously got suckered into buying another and was duped into the “free trial” and was put on the list for automatic delivery. Fortunately, I cancelled and received my money back. As for this product, I was very happy. It’s too early for me to notice any wrinkles fading, wounds healing faster or if I’m actually extending my life… but one thing that I honestly do notice is my concentration is a lot better, I do seem to have more energy than before I was taking it and just overall feeling better. I’m sure most people who have jobs out there feel the stress, as well as stress from personal matters and that feeling of your head being squeezed in a vice makes us tired and just want to go to bed or take a pill. But since I’ve been taking this supplement I’ve haven’t had that feeling at all. And nothing has changed with my job or my personal situation. I believe there is something to this product… and as long as I keep feeling good, more active, and sharp, then I’ll keep taking it.

I have taken Transmax for 2 years. I have timed my self while swimming a mile, on alternate days. One day I took nothing, the next day I took 2 Transmax 1.5 hours before swimming the mile. Consistantly when taking Transmax my time for the mile was 1 minute faster. I did not feel different on alternate days, but the times showed that with the same effort I was pulling stronger when taking Transmax. I am working out about 1/2 the distance of my competition and I am ranked in the top 6 in 9 different events in the US. Transmax has made my swimming a lot more fun.

This is the only resveratrol supplement I have taken, and I have taken 7 different brands so far, that I actually felt some effects from. The most dramatic effect was relief of the arthritis and stiffness in my knees. I honestly feel like I am twenty years younger.
