This is an amazing product. Not looking to lose weight, just have a digestive system that works on a regular, daily basis and this product does it. I have never experenced any cramping or bloating. I tried this product for 2 weeks. was very hopeful could shed at least a few pounds. alls i did was use the bathroom 5-6 times a day after the first couple of days and if i ate foods high in fat, i was running to the bathroom with intense abdominal cramps. did not lose 1 pound. a giant dissapointment.
