My milk ran almost comopoetely dry after taking Sudafed. No one ever told me a decongestant would dry me up! Anyway, the guy at the health food store told me about this stuff. I was originally pumping 3-4 oz TOTAL after 45 minutes. I started taking this stuff, 2 in the pm and 2 in the am and HOLY MILK, BATMAN! 1 day later was pumping 11 oz total instead of 3-4!! You have to drink alot with this to make it work well. I highly recommend this product if you’re trying to increase your milk. It is wonderful!

I love this stuff. I work full time and have to pump several times a day and since pumping isnt quite as efficent as nursing my supply sometimes stuggled to keep up. I took these only on the days that I needed a little boost and ususally in about 12 hours I was engorged (which i prefered to being practically dry) Its especially helpful during that time in your cycle when your “time” would be and your supply really drops. I would recommend in keeping a bottle of this in your pump bag to any woman who just needs a little boost (although be prepared for the BIG boost

It did not increase it majorly but defnitely enough to notice a difference and make BFing easier. I would purchase it again if I needed an increase in supply.

I used this to boost my milk supply when I went back to work and had to start pumping. I had good results, but not so great that I didn’t have to worry about my supply. I used up the bottle but didn’t buy another one.

I started taking this in the hopes of keeping my milk monster well-fed. It exceeded my expectations- I now have to scale back the dose to keep from spraying my son in milk.
