I thought this matt a little pricy but it is a good quality matt and is really comfortable and ample. It also has the nice carrying handles and folds neatly and easily as shown into approximately a 24″ X 24″ X 6″ size square for carrying.

Used a super thick rolled-up type for years but always hated having to hassle with the rolling/unrolling and keeping it flat while working out. However, it lasted forever. Finally decided the somewhat absorbant material needed to be replaced so went ahead and purchased this one. VERY pleased!

My bedroom at home is all tile and very hard. Every morning I pull the accordion mat out of my closet to stretch on. The padding is perfect on the hard tile. Works great!
