I stronly discourage ordering from Nutricity. I would honestly never have taken the time to write this review if I did not feel so strong about this matter. First off, I never received my order. I was never even informed of ANY attempt of delivery. I emailed Nutricity and It took 3 emails before I got any response. I paid a total of $29.34 for the product.. $17.97 subtotal and $11.37 shipping and handling. I was credited back only $15.27!! I informed them that I was credited back less than the total item cost and they still charged me for shipping for a product I never even received or had the chance to receive. They need to work better with their delivery foremen to either leave a note, leave the package at the door, or somehow call the customer and inform them before it is sent back. Nutricity did not even TRY to solve this matter. I was even trying to reorder the product with them, but wasn’t even guided in that direction from customer service. They were very quick to say that they wouldnt credit me back the shipping costs for an error which wasn’t even mine!!!! I tried calling the phone number provided. You are on hold for almost four minutes and it hangs up on you. I tried calling the extension the representative provided (108) and it says that extension is not valid. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND STRONGLY DISCOURAGE BUYING FROM NUTRICITY…VERY, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. All the hassle and time it has taken me to get this matter resolved, which never was resolved, is ridiculous. The company might be fine when all goes as planned but its times when you need a problem resolved or your money back that matters and NOT worth the trouble. I would gladly put my money into any other provider than Nutricity!!! I will never order from them again!!

The taste is beyond repulsive, as is. I prefer to sweeten it with a touch of sugar and/or chocolate ice cream.
But, it does the job, IF USED AS DIRECTED.
I have personally gained in excess of ten pounds.
