I’ve only heard of this product recently. I picked it up at the local drug store after going to the gym. It is nice that this protein drink has a juice like consistency as opposed to the regular milk shake. It has sugar but no corn syrup. The taste took a while for me to get used to, although not bad, but it has a chalky after-taste.

This tastes great and goes down very easy. I love it because it’s portable and gives me some variety with my protein drinks. I reach for this when my tummy needs something in it and I want something refreshing with no sugar.

When I’m on the go, this hits the spot and gives me a full feeling so I’m not ravenous when I finally have some food in front of me!

These drinks are a vast improvement over any of the protein powders that I’ve tried! There is a slight filmy aftertaste to them, but no where near as unpalatable as powders. but I suggest you drink them as cold as possible for best flavor. They get a bit too sweet as they warm up, and the filmy aftertaste becomes more pronounced. I struggle with getting enough protein, so these drinks have been extremely helpful!
