These work great for me! I take two with my first morning dairy product (milk and cereal, usually), then I don’t think about it the rest of the day! (Some people require only one pill a day; others, two.) When I first became L.I., I tried those pills you take with each dairy product you eat or drink… that was ok for a while, but sometimes you eat something that you may not know has dairy. Plus, those other pills are bigger, and you have to remember to take them everywhere “just in case”. With this product, all the worry is gone!
