I’ve now gone through 2 boxes of this stuff, about to order 2 more. Uses HIGH QUALITY carbs from brown rice and such, and has 40 grams of protein! Awesome for anyone who wants to look better.
After my 2 boxes of this stuff, and a dedicated gym regimen, I’ve gained 20 pounds, PURE MUSCLE! I used to think I was a hard gainer, turns out I just wasn’t eating right.

I love this stuff. It taste good and mixes easily. Not sure if I should contradict the site here (i love shopping on amazon) but this product typically retails for half the sale price here. What’s listed on here is the MSR… so do yourself the favor and spend the 80 bucks but buy two boxes elsewhere.

This product mixes easily, I use a shaker bottle and it does the job.
Taste is good, not very strong, not strong at all, which I like. I was worried that it would have a strong taste of chocolate or might be too sweet, but it is not like that at all. The reason for which I bought this product is because it is one of the cleanest out on the market. I wanted to stay away from artificial stuff and all sorts of sugars, and it has a good mix of protein, carbs and fats. I bought several packages and intend to buy more when I’ll run out. The flavor I like the most so far is oatmeal cinnamon.

I have tried a lot of protien shake brands in the past and prolab is the best. It is easy to mix with water however I tend to add more water to it than it suggests because it can be thick especially if all you mix it with is milk. This product has really helped me in my weight lifting program as well because it has the right balance of nutrients after lifting. I do not however recomend the other flavors (Vanilla and Oatmeal) because they are very sweet tasting.
