I have Crohn’s Disease and there are certain foods I have trouble tolerating/digesting, particularly those high in fiber and whole grains. Am taking this in addition to beano or bean-zyme. Trying to increase my whole grain and vege consumption and having “side effects”

I can eat Garlic again. I love garlic, but it does not love me. I used to have trouble with my stomach digesting protein, fat or garlic, but not anymore. I used amazon to re-order more Rainbow Enzymes b/c they had a good price. I’m no longer bloated and can eat more of the foods that I could not before. I used to have trouble with reflux, made an appointment with a GI specialist, starting using these pills and by the time I saw him, my reflux problem had improved about 75%.
