Serenity has been great for helping me to calm down and focus in stressful situations in addition to allowing my mind to mellow on nights I am struggling to go to sleep. It is non-habit forming and works very quickly (20-30 mins.) I started taking Serenity in lieu of the anti-anxiety medication that my doctor prescribed when I was working 60-70 hours per week and dealing with the stress that goes with that. I didn’t want to have to take something every day, only when I knew I would need it and Serenity has fit that bill for me. I have found this to be a wonderful product and absolutely recommend it.
